ORDERS
Because our jewelry is handcrafted, lead times vary for each piece. Most of our designs should be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. We will email you once your order has been placed to confirm your delivery time.
If you would like an item for a special occasion or a particular date, please let us know prior to ordering at hi@noeroostee.com and we will do our best to meet your needs.
PAYMENT
We accept Ideal, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal
SHIPPING
After receiving your payment we can ship items within 2-3 weeks. We will inform you if the shipment will take more than 3 weeks.
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation via email and information about when we will ship your order.
Depending on the country of destination, we work with PostNL.
You will always receive a track-and-trace code once your package has been shipped, so you can easily trace it at all times.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can send it back to us within 14 days. Please let us know by sending an email to hi@noeroostee.com.
We will refund the total amount minus shipping costs. We cannot refund your extra shipping costs for sending it back. We advise you to send it with a tracking code.
We can only refund unworn, undamaged jewelry in the original package. If an item is delivered broken we’ll refund your additional shipping costs and we’ll replace it for a new item.
Personalized and handmade jewellery
We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom made pieces
If we made a mistake on your order, we are happy to fix or remake your order. Please reach out to us at hi@noeroostee.com.
If the item has been damaged by the customer there will be a charge for this service. Please contact us at hi@noeroostee.com and we will give a quotation regarding the repair costs.

Obtaining an accurate ring size can be difficult and we suggest that you be sized by your local jeweler prior to ordering a ring. A wide band in a size 6 will fit more snugly than a narrow band in the same size, so such factors must be considered. We size our rings to the leading edge. Other factors such as temperature, exercise and travel can also have a dramatic effect on your finger size, so we strongly recommend that you be sized multiple times to accurately determine your ring size. If you are not sure about your size, or if you need a bigger or a smaller size donʼt hesitate to contact us.
TROPHY CARE
All jewelry needs tender, love and care. It is best to store your jewelry in a closed jewelry box. We recommend taking off your jewelry before going to sleep, showering, gardening, exercising or going to the sauna. We do not recommend the use of chemicals, commercial cleaners or polishing cloths as they can alter the finish of your jewelry. See material specific recommendations below.
Silver
Sterling silver will tarnish over time. Our favorite silver polish is white toothpaste. Apply with fingers, a soft cloth or an old toothbrush and rinse thoroughly with water. For our jewelry with a satin finish. Over time and with wear, the metal will become increasingly shiny. This is completely normal. If you prefer a more matte finish, we can also re-matte jewelry purchased through our website for the cost of shipping.
Gold
Gold can be cleaned with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth or soft toothbrush.
Oxidized Silver
Oxidized (blackened) silver will develop highlights over time. Do not use chemicals, commercial cleaners or commercial polishing cloths as they will remove the blackened finish. Fingerprints can be removed with warm, soapy water or a soft cloth. Jewelry purchased through our website can also be reoxidized for the cost of shipping.
